A: The move in date for this unit is scheduled for mid october.

A: Yes! Water and garbage are included into the cost of the rent. there is no "extra charge" for these services.
Q: Where can I recieve an application?
A; You can recieve your application at the Property Managers Office. located in Apartment Currently in Apartment #104, Between the hours of 12 noon and 6pm. But if at all possible please call ahead of time before visiting the office. Often times we are out of the unit doing various tasks and we like to know that you are coming.
